I’m new to Mobility. Can I still join?

Absolutely! We all start somewhere. This course is designed for anyone who wants to maintain or take their mobility to the next level.

Do I Need Any Specific Equipment?

You will need

  • Some light weights
  • A stick or broom
  • A floor space and a wall
  • Regular furniture like chairs

What are the benefits of Mobility?

  • Getting to the Full ROM = better results in the training since you can perform certain exercises to the fullest.
  • Reduce the risk of injury by being able to get into the right positions in specific exercises such as handstands, squats and much more. If you train in incorrect positions, there is a greater risk of injury or overloading of muscles, ligaments and tendons that you have to compensate in some way for your stiffness.
  • Increased functionality, become smoother in your everyday life and get better control of your body.
  • Increase blood circulation = Can speed up recovery, BUT, there are not many studies on this. However, increased blood circulation is good for a lot of other aspects like transport oxygen in the body and nourish the body’s cells.
  • AMAZING FEELING – Who doesn’t want to be able to move indefinitely with the body ?!

How often will I workout?

Our course and programming is build on a 4 days workout/mobility routines.

How long will each routine take?

Each mobility-routine will take around 10-15 minutes.

Who is the course for?

Why we constructed this course is because we’ve received tons of questions throughout the years about how to become more flexible. So this course if made for you guys.

The course is suitable for you who wants help to improve your mobility. No previous knowledge is required to perform the course as all exercises are adaptable to different levels of mobility.

Is it scheduled program or can I do it my own time?

The course is online but not live. So you can start the course whenever you want but we recommend you to have consistency with your training to get the best results.

Do I need access to a gym?

You don’t need access to a gym if you have the equipment at home that is required.
