How to do handstand?

To do a proper handstand:

  1. Warm up: Stretch your wrists, shoulders, and core.
  2. Hand placement: Place your hands shoulder-width apart on the ground with fingers spread wide.
  3. Kick up: Start in a lunge position, swing your back leg up, and kick up with your front leg.
  4. Align: Keep your body straight with arms locked, shoulders over wrists, and legs together.
  5. Balance: Adjust using your fingers and wrists to maintain balance.
  6. Hold: Try to hold the position as long as you can, increasing duration with practice.
  7. Descend: Lower one leg at a time to come down safely.

Practice regularly to improve strength and balance.

Will I learn handstand after 12 weeks?

YES! You can definitely do that, but it depends on your dedication. Nothing will come by itself, and of course, you will need to practice, practice, and practice.

Everyone learns at a different pace, and sometimes it may take a little more time. Stick to the course and programming, stay dedicated, and you will soon be able to stand on your hands.

What are the requirements?

You should be able to do at least a few push-ups on the ground to have some basic strength. Besides that, the willingness to learn and understanding that it will take time and patience are essential.
We would recommend at least 5 normal pushups on the ground before starting this course
