I had been intrigued by calisthenics for so long but had only ever seen young men online do it, which seemed unrelatable to me as a middle aged woman. When I found Malin, I knew it was the perfect mix up to my 8 years old exercise routine that I was bored with. And oh boy! am I glad I did! I noticed I never felt chronic fatigue like I did with my other stuff. I was shocked to find out I could actually find balance upside down on my hands! And I felt like Malin really had my back and cared about me! 10/10 pleased with this and I found it to be a great value too!

Calixpert is the place to learn some fun capabilitiesI am currently on an individual coaching program to reach a strict bar muscle-up as a complement to my ordinary crossfit training.I have gotten feedback from every training session and as I progress on the way the program is re-tailored to take on the next step in to reach a strict bar muscle-up when it comes to skill and strength in those muscles I usually don't train so much. The results so far is that I am starting to get closer to a proper bar muscle-up and at the same time I have gotten way better mobility in my shoulders than I have had for decades. So I am super satisfied with the coaching so far and it is really fun to do exercises I have not done before and starting to progress in them. Another thing is that you don't have to do self analyzing and trying to figure out what to do next that can be stressful, de-motivating and make you feel hopeless. Instead, just follow the workouts and the coach will adapt the exercises to your needs to make you progress further.

10/10 would recommend.I have so far had a great experience with the Calixpert coaching program. In the beginning, when I wasn’t able to do the workouts, they adjusted quickly to be both something I could accomplish and something that would progressively push me to be better about my form and in strength. I already noticed a drastic difference in strength only two weeks into the program and at a month, when taking a benchmark test, far overshot my previous scores on the test. Now, a month and a half in, I am stronger than ever before, more disciplined, and excited to go to the gym to see just how much further I can go in the time I have left with the coaching. My goals aren’t just dreams anymore, but something I can actively feel myself getting closer to. I made the right decision to go for this program and believe it’s worth every cent :)

Professional coaching with continous feedback.I am a guy in my mid 40s, I've been doing the coaching program with personal online feedback for about two months and I am very satisified. Malin is a professional, the excercises are individualized and relevant for my personal goals. (I've gone from 1 to 5 pullups and about 3 to 10 dips in this time)I feel this kind of training is great for mobility and strength att my age (40+)

I started my calisthenics journey with Malin in May. In the beginning, I could not even do 2 assisted chins with hard band. I can now do 3 without band, I have dramatically improved my strength, have gained a lot of flexibility in my hips. My core is much stronger as well, though I don´t do crunches. I have excercised a lot in my life but it is the first time I have been feeling so strong and "capable". Malin has been listening to me and changed my programme according to my progress (och lack of!). I am so glad for having her as a coach!

If you’re looking for a coach who knows what they’re doing and helps you see real progress, Malin’s the one!Malin is an amazing coach! She’s a world champion in calisthenics, and it shows in her coaching. In just two months, I went from barely doing 3 pull-ups to knocking out 10, and my push-ups jumped from 10 to 19. Her programs were perfect for my level – challenging but fun. She’s really made me love calisthenics. If you’re looking for a coach who knows what they’re doing and helps you see real progress, Malin’s the one!

I trained with Malin for 3 months and she gave me exactly what I needed. I achieved the goal I had set for myself. Her approach was amazing and she provided me with the best exercises based on my abilities. I’m incredibly impressed with the way she explained everything. I joined Malins course 7 months ago, and I find her very inspiring as a coach. She listen and adapt the programming for your needs. For me this was very important since I'm new in calesthenics and had a knee injury so I couldn't do all moments, especially lower body movements. I also needed allt och feedback in how to perform the basics so that I could progress without getting hurt. She did all of this in an excellent way and gave me time to develop and pushed me to get better and to take the next step. I really can recommend anyone join her courses if you are interested in calesthenics!

Malin has made some “impossible” things possible for meThe recent couple of days has been a real eye opener for me regarding my training. I have just regained some momentum after having a hard time progressing and right now I just feel ✨wow✨. I have never felt this strong and in control in my life. For 7 months I have worked hard with the support of Malin and I can finally say that I am a strong ass woman!! I went from not being able to do anything remotely near calisthenics to proudly tell people about my accomplishments. I still have a looooot to learn but I right now I finally feel a bit like a calisthenics person 😌 I would not have been able to do it without the support, feedback and (especially) patience from Malin ✨

Got any questions?

How much does it cost?

Calixpert offers two membership options: $24 per month or $199 per year. Both plans give you full access to all programs and any new ones added. You can cancel your membership anytime if it’s not the right fit for you.

Will Calixpert programs work for my fitness level?

Yes! Calixpert programs are designed for all fitness levels. If you’re a beginner, you can start with the "Zero to 5 Pull-Up System" or the "Beginner Calisthenics Course." If you’re more advanced, try the "Muscle-Up Program" or "Handstand Mastery Course." There’s something for everyone, no matter your current strength or skills.

What kind of results can I expect?

Calixpert helps you get stronger and learn moves like muscle-ups, handstands, and L-sits. If you are consistent for at least 2-3 months, you will see results in one way or another. Some members are learning muscle-ups in 6 weeks to 2 months, others are achieving 5 pull-ups in 3 months, while others focus on building a strong, flexible body or mastering their first handstand. Progress depends on your effort, and our programs provide the tools to help you reach your goals.

How long will it take to see results?

If you are consistent for at least 2-3 months, you are going to see results. Will you reach all your goals this fast? The answer is both yes and no—it depends on your goals, starting point, and previous experience. Calixpert gives you the tools, programs, and support to succeed, but it’s up to you to put in the effort and stick with it.

What is included in the membership?

With a Calixpert membership, you gain access to a wide range of programs and resources to help you reach your fitness goals, whether you're just starting out or working on advanced calisthenics skills. Here’s what we offer:

Our Zero to 5 Pull-Up System is perfect for beginners looking to achieve their first pull-up, while the Beginner Calisthenics Course (16 weeks) provides a comprehensive introduction to foundational bodyweight exercises. For women, we have the Female Calisthenics Beginner Program, a 12-week course designed specifically for their needs.

If you're aiming for advanced skills, our Ring Muscle-Up Program (9 weeks) and Muscle-Up Program focus on helping you master challenging moves like muscle-ups. For those working on holds and static strength, our L-Sit Program and Handstand Mastery Course are tailored to help you achieve and refine these skills.

We also prioritize mobility with our Full Mobility Course, which is perfect for improving flexibility and joint health. If you prefer guidance during workouts, our Follow-Along Workouts make it easy to stay on track. To keep you supported, we provide Weekly Group Calls where you can connect with coaches and other members, as well as access to a vibrant Community and Support network to answer your questions and keep you motivated.

If you’d like to explore these programs in detail, click here: Calixpert Programs.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Most programs require at least 3 sessions per week to see results in 2-3 months. If you train less, you might still make progress, but it could take longer because the workout volume might be too low for faster results. Workouts range from 20 to 60 minutes depending on the program, giving you flexibility to fit them into your schedule.

Do I need any special equipment?

Yes, you’ll need some basic equipment depending on the program. For example:

  • A straight bar to hang on (for pull-ups or muscle-ups)
  • Workout rings
  • A box (helpful for handstand progressions)
  • Parallettes
  • Dip bars

You don’t need all of these for every program. For example, if you’re learning a handstand, you’ll only need a box for support. The required equipment varies based on your chosen program, but it’s all simple and affordable compared to traditional gym gear.

Is there support or guidance available?

Absolutely! Calixpert offers a dedicated community where you can ask questions and get advice from other members. Weekly group calls give you a chance to connect with coaches and get real-time feedback. Our coaches are always active in the community to answer any questions and provide guidance, so you’re never alone in your journey.

Are there real success stories or reviews?

Yes, we have many success stories from members who’ve reached their goals, like learning muscle-ups or mastering pull-ups. You can read detailed reviews from clients on our Trustpilot page: Calixpert Reviews. To see more stories, videos, and pictures from our members, visit our testimonials page: Calixpert Testimonials.

Learn More About Calixpert

What is Calisthenics

Calisthenics is a form of exercise where you use your own body weight for resistance to build strength, flexibility, and control. It includes moves like push-ups, pull-ups, squats, and planks. The best part is that you don’t need expensive equipment or a gym—just your body and some space to move! As you get stronger, calisthenics evolves. You start with basics like push-ups and pull-ups and progress to advanced moves like handstands, muscle-ups, or even planches. There’s no limit to how far you can go with calisthenics.

Calisthenics Workouts Perfect for Beginners

Calisthenics workouts are ideal for beginners because they are simple and adaptable to any fitness level. If regular push-ups are too hard, you can start with incline push-ups or knee push-ups and build your strength over time. For exercises like pull-ups, resistance bands can provide support, helping you complete the movement while gaining strength. Calisthenics also teaches real body control, making it the perfect choice for anyone starting their fitness journey.

Equipment When Doing Calisthenics

Calisthenics requires very little equipment to get started—just your body and some space. Advanced exercises like pull-ups may need a bar or gym rings, but even these are affordable options compared to weights or machines. Simple tools like parallettes, a pull-up bar, or rings can elevate your workouts significantly and take your progress to the next level.

Building Muscles with Calisthenics

Calisthenics is an effective way to build muscle using just your body weight. Exercises like push-ups, dips, and pull-ups target your chest, back, arms, and shoulders, allowing you to grow stronger and more muscular. As you progress, harder variations like one-arm push-ups or muscle-ups add even more challenge. Along with building muscle, calisthenics improves body awareness and control, something traditional weightlifting doesn’t always provide.

Calisthenics Compared to Weightlifting

Calisthenics and weightlifting both build strength but in different ways. Calisthenics relies on body weight for resistance, focusing on balance, coordination, and full-body movements. Weightlifting uses external weights like dumbbells or barbells, which can lead to faster muscle growth but might not emphasize control and flexibility. While calisthenics progresses more slowly at first, mastering the basics opens the door to advanced skills and impressive muscle-building potential.

Benefits of Doing Calisthenics

The benefits of calisthenics include versatility, accessibility, and efficiency. You can perform these workouts anywhere, improving strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination without needing much equipment. Progressing to harder moves keeps the challenge fresh, and minimal investment in equipment makes it one of the most affordable fitness options.

Making Women Stronger with Calisthenics

Calisthenics helps women build strength, tone muscles, and improve overall fitness in an empowering way. It enables women to master moves like push-ups, pull-ups, and handstands, which boost confidence and showcase real progress. Without bulky equipment, calisthenics offers an accessible and effective workout for women of all ages and fitness levels.

Replacing Traditional Gym with Calisthenics

Calisthenics can effectively replace traditional gym workouts by building strength, endurance, and body control using only your body weight. Advanced exercises like pull-ups, dips, and pistol squats make it possible to achieve excellent results without weights. While calisthenics is perfect for general fitness, those looking to lift extremely heavy weights or compete in bodybuilding might combine it with traditional gym training.

Calisthenics on Your Own or with a Coach

You can learn calisthenics on your own through online tutorials, videos, and guides. Many people succeed with self-guided practice, but working with a coach can provide personalized feedback and faster results. Online memberships like Calixpert also offer pre-recorded exercises and structured programs, allowing you to follow a guided plan at your own pace while still enjoying flexibility.
