I am glad to have subscribed to Calixpert. It has already helped me make significant progress in just 4 weeks - the pull-up guide has turned one pull-up into 5 and my core stability is much better! The programmes are very well thought out and structured and are highly recommended for both beginners and advanced users. You also have the opportunity to get motivation from a very friendly community and exchange ideas. Malin and Daniel answer questions very quickly and offer very professional support. I've been following Malin on Instagram for a while now and came across her own program. I was struggling with a plateau in my progress so I decided to give her program a try and what can I say - I love it! It's so good to have a structured plan, explanatory videos and she responds so quickly. That's another thing I really appreciate: you can ask for advice and get help with individual problems and I asked for a student discount and guess what - Malin made it happen! In general, the price-performance ratio is incredible. The variety of programs is great, you can decide for yourself which level to choose (even within the programs there are lighter and heavier options) and there are special programs for handstand training, mobility, pull-ups, L-sit, how to do push ups...So all in all, Calixpert is for anyone who enjoys exercise, wants general and individualized help, wants a good price and wants to see progress:D

I’ve been part of this calisthenics community for 4 months now, and it’s been amazing! In this short time, I’ve learned my first pull-up, gone from 1 to 5 pull-ups, and I’m so close to mastering the L-sit. What I love about this program is how clear and simple everything is. Calixpert and my first pull up ever!I joined Calixpert with the goal of doing my first pull up. I didn’t know how to start or what workout would be the most effective. The pull up guide in their platform is great, effective, and easy to navigate. I finally achieved my first pull up after a consistent 50 days!!!!
I had been intrigued by calisthenics for so long but had only ever seen young men online do it, which seemed unrelatable to me as a middle aged woman. When I found Malin, I knew it was the perfect mix up to my 8 years old exercise routine that I was bored with. And oh boy! am I glad I did! I noticed I never felt chronic fatigue like I did with my other stuff. I was shocked to find out I could actually find balance upside down on my hands! And I felt like Malin really had my back and cared about me! 10/10 pleased with this and I found it to be a great value too!
Calixpert is the place to learn some fun capabilitiesI am currently on an individual coaching program to reach a strict bar muscle-up as a complement to my ordinary crossfit training.I have gotten feedback from every training session and as I progress on the way the program is re-tailored to take on the next step in to reach a strict bar muscle-up when it comes to skill and strength in those muscles I usually don't train so much.The results so far is that I am starting to get closer to a proper bar muscle-up and at the same time I have gotten way better mobility in my shoulders than I have had for decades.So I am super satisfied with the coaching so far and it is really fun to do exercises I have not done before and starting to progress in them. Another thing is that you don't have to do self analyzing and trying to figure out what to do next that can be stressful, de-motivating and make you feel hopeless. Instead, just follow the workouts and the coach will adapt the exercises to your needs to make you progress further.
10/10 would recommend.I have so far had a great experience with the Calixpert coaching program. In the beginning, when I wasn’t able to do the workouts, they adjusted quickly to be both something I could accomplish and something that would progressively push me to be better about my form and in strength. I already noticed a drastic difference in strength only two weeks into the program and at a month, when taking a benchmark test, far overshot my previous scores on the test. Now, a month and a half in, I am stronger than ever before, more disciplined, and excited to go to the gym to see just how much further I can go in the time I have left with the coaching.My goals aren’t just dreams anymore, but something I can actively feel myself getting closer to. I made the right decision to go for this program and believe it’s worth every cent :)
I started my calisthenics journey with Malin in May. In the beginning, I could not even do 2 assisted chins with hard band. I can now do 3 without band, I have dramatically improved my strength, have gained a lot of flexibility in my hips. My core is much stronger as well, though I don´t do crunches. I have excercised a lot in my life but it is the first time I have been feeling so strong and "capable". Malin has been listening to me and changed my programme according to my progress (och lack of!). I am so glad for having her as a calisthenics coach!
Professional coaching with continous feedback.I am a guy in my mid 40s, I've been doing the coaching program with personal online feedback for about two months and I am very satisified. Malin is a professional, the excercises are individualized and relevant for my personal goals. (I've gone from 1 to 5 pullups and about 3 to 10 dips in this time)I feel this kind of training is great for mobility and strength att my age (40+)

Malin has made some “impossible” things possible for meThe recent couple of days has been a real eye opener for me regarding my training. I have just regained some momentum after having a hard time progressing and right now I just feel ✨wow✨. I have never felt this strong and in control in my life. I joined Malins course 7 months ago, and I find her very inspiring as a coach. She listen and adapt the programming for your needs. For me this was very important since I'm new in calesthenics and had a knee injury so I couldn't do all moments, especially lower body movements. I also needed allt och feedback in how to perform the basics so that I could progress without getting hurt. She did all of this in an excellent way and gave me time to develop and pushed me to get better and to take the next step. I really can recommend anyone join her courses if you are interested in calesthenics!
